Patience is not just sitting and waiting..
- Patience is putting my desires on hold
- Patience is a precious and rare virtue
- Patience is a purifying process
- Patience means actively working towards worthwhile goals
- Patience encompasses enduring well
- Patience is the price of knowledge and understanding
- Patience is a Godly attribute
- Patience is a process of perfection
- Patience means delaying gratification for future blessings
- Patience is reigning in anger and unkind words
- Patience is resisting evil even when it seems to be making others rich
- Patience means keeping the commandments
- Patience means to trust in God our Heavenly Father
- Patience means to serve Him in meekness and with Christ-like love
- Patience is to exercise faith and hope in the Savior
- Patience means to be firm, steadfast and immovable
- Patience means to never, ever give up!

Wow!
General Relief Society meeting was awesome, don't you think?
I am so thankful to belong to such a wonderful world wide sisterhood.
Really and truly, "Charity Never Faileth."
I am also blessed to be raised by a mother and to have a husband raised by a mother who truly lived by that motto.
I hope that someday I will be that same kind of person.

Roller Coaster
The end of last week brought some miracles! I will not go into the details, but life was looking up! We thought we had the end of this ride in site.
Monday morning did not start out so well, but the wound vac came off. What a relief. The two areas that had not healed from the January surgery were finally, yes I am saying f-i-n-a-l-l-y healed. As Megan would put it-- WOOT!
Wednesday was another story and we ended up in the ER. The upside of this is we did not have to wait in the ER! When does that happen? A blessing for us. The not so good side is that the August surgical site popped open and was full of yucky stuff. Tomorrow we get to welcome the wound vac back. The up side is there is a wound vac and it does work!
Yesterday's fantastic news was Megan passed her national ASL certification test! Oh the doors that will open for her now!!!! Congratulations Megan!
